We accept credit cards as a form of payment. There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number (i.e. the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you). Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order.

**CANCELLATION POLICY FOR TRÉS LE BON LIFECATION AGENCY HELD EVENTS**

Due to the many components that make up a TRÉS LE BON LIFECATION AGENCY event we, unfortunately, cannot issue a refund after 12 hours of a reservation being submitted, however, if you are unable to attend, we will allow the booker and/or cardholder to transfer to a friend or family member.  (NOTE-there will be instances where only transfers or credit will be allowed, so please read all cancellation policies per event/booking very carefully).  In the event of a true, unavoidable emergency, all or part of your fees may be applied to future services.  TRÉS LE BON LIFECATION AGENCY  has no standing or says with 3rd party vendors on our site regarding refunds or cancellations, we are only responsible for charges processed through TRÉS LE BON LIFECATION AGENCY for our own events and charges.
